We will begin on the Autumn Equinox with one sun salutation. That’s all. It will take 2-3 minutes.
And we will end on the Winter Solstice with one hundred and eight sun salutations. That will take a while, but you’ll be ready.
I will guide you every step of the way.
You will receive:
A “training plan” beginning Monday, September 23 and ending Saturday, December 21. It will detail a daily practice of yoga movements and/or meditation.
Video instruction on completing a Sun Salutation on your mat.
Video instruction on completing a Sun Salutation at the wall.
Audio recordings of 1, 5, and 10 Sun Salutations so I can be right there with you.
All of this for a one-time investment of $108.

I’m also including a PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP where we will encourage and motivate each other. I will be in this group daily to answer any questions that may arise as you follow your plan.
We will have a LIVE KICK OFF CALL via Zoom on Monday, September 23 at 7pm Eastern. We will introduce ourselves, flow through our first Sun Salutation Live, and practice a meditation. A recording of this call will be available.
