This notebook may be my favorite cover.

This notebook lives in my yoga bag. I use it to simply track my yoga students, both online and in person. Yes, I know I could use a spreadsheet or something (and I do for financial purposes), but I wanted to keep my sign-in sheets together. So I just use this notebook as the sign-in. And I also make note of my online students as a way to double-check that everyone gets the classes they paid for.

I also keep a list of what sequences I have taught at my community class. I have to turn in these rosters, but I wanted to keep track of number of students and what we practiced so I didn't repeat a sequence within the same month.

I'm not crazy about this cover, but I am waiting to see what new covers are introduced with the new Life Planner line. I will probably order a new cover for this notebook.

This notebook is my yoga journal. It lives in the top left cubbie hole in my desk. I take notes here about my practices. I really like having these notes. I am able to track how I am feeling and notice if I am avoiding types of poses. It also keeps me focused to not skip more than a day at a time. Making these notes just helps me step back a little and get some feedback on my practices.

I am also kinda trying to use a Life Planner. This cover was one of the new introductions with the Take Note Notebook earlier in the year and I really really like it.

I need a calendar with long-range dates, but I also need the flexibility of lined pages throughout. I'm working on maybe creating a combined notebook, but I'm not there yet. For now, this one just hangs out on my desk. It is usually open, just so I can see what is going on. Now that I'll be working from home, I want a way to track my work hours. I'm playing with this next week to see how I can possibly do that here. I'll keep you updated.

I do not go anywhere without my master plan notebook. Anywhere. It lives in my purse, unless it is sitting beside me (like it is right now).

I removed the monthly spreads from the front and moved them to the back. When I start a new month, I move them to that place in the notebook. I am not a fan of the perpetual monthly calendar and using stickers to date the months. Not at all. I think it adds clutter and is very distracting. I use stickers to draw my eye, and I have a hard time focusing with the date stickers. But maybe that's just me.

My favorite thing about using these notebooks as a planner is that I'm not tied to any style of organization. I can change them from week to week.

One page weekly checklist, one page weekly layout.

And then I got rid of the weekly checklist and just had an entire page of weekly to-dos with the weekly layout on the second page. I'm in another stage of transition - as I will start tracking my new job tasks here as well - but I'll let you know what I settle on.

This full-sized notebook is another of my favorites. It is a standard academic notebook size, much larger than the Take Note.

I plan on writing all of my sequences here so I'll have a nice little collection to carry with me. At this point, though, they are all just stacked in a pile in the front. Mostly because I cannot make a pen commitment. (Flairs or Stadtlers?!?)
