my graduation present.

My husband knows me so well.

I came home from yoga teacher training to a sweet card and a new coloring book. I bought myself a big present, so I wasn't expecting anything. And yesterday, it came in so handy.

I have a ton going on this week. My to do list for the week is long. And I wanted to get through a huge chunk of it.

So I decided to break it up.

I did all of the different logos for my six-week yoga series.

And I colored.

And then I opened the offering up on my website.

And then I finalized the sequence for Friday night's class.

And then I sent a few emails that had fallen to the backburner last week.

And then I physically practiced Friday's class, meditated, and finished the playlist.

I worked on a special project and painted my nails.

And then I finished my mandala.

There is so so much going on in my yoga world right now, and all classes have an in person and an online option! 

This Friday, I am teaching a Graduation Yoga class. The sequence will focus on joy and creating space for the good that is coming to you.

Next Friday, the Liberation Yoga class will focus on allowing fear to just float by and embracing the thoughts that work for us

And I have a six-week series on mind-body connection starting on June 6. I'll tell you more about it on Friday, but it is already listed in my store.
