Friends. I am in the thick of it. My final module of yoga teacher training is coming up soon. So most of my spare time looks like this.
With all of my time hunched over a table in a coffee shop or a desk, a nice chunk of my yoga practice takes place in public places. I love this wall series. I add more poses or do less depending on how much time I have and if my stuff is unattended.
ou don't need much space for this standing practice. I have found room in stairwells, against my car in a parking lot, and in a large bathroom stall. As long as you wash your hands super well after, you are good as gold!
