I adore yoga teacher training. I adore our instructors. I love my classmates. I love my hosts. I love Nashville.
I also love that I brought waterproof boots this time. Gee whiz, friends. Precipitation - in all forms - EVERYWHERE.
The studio just feels like home.
On Day 2, Nashville got ice and snow. I am so, so thankful for technology, Sarah's kitchen floor, and my little mat.
Things steadily improved. The Frothy Monkey sincerely serves the best iced latte I've ever had. Snow? Ice? Iced coffee? YES.
Melon mat. Purple block. Red tea.
We stay well hydrated.
Going-home day is always bitter sweet. So I just let my heat defrost my windshield. Took a few extra minutes to just sink in.
A sunny spot in the studio for cold feet.
These girls have my heart. I cannot believe how well we all get along. Keep on being awesome, you fancy princesses.
One more module and then I'm official! The first week of May!
I have some spots open for individual coaching clients!
I work with women who are disconnected. From your body. Your experience. Your day. Your wishes. Yourself. We work together to grow curiosity, joy, contentment, and wholeness. Then this belief in enoughness and connection brings energy to grow.
