Daily eats - woohoo! Breakfast? The beloved smoothie, of course. Almond milk, spinach, almonds. protein powder, via, frozen banana. (And a chipped nail the morning after I did them. Grrrr.)
Snack: blueberries and Fage.
Leftovers for lunch! This soup was fantastic. Broccoli, cauliflower, chickpeas, some other veggies, and lots and lots of tumeric. Oh, and some parmesan.
Water water water!
I am officially addicted to the plain hummus from Trader Joe's. The consistency is amazing.
I made hot and sour soup for dinner! And when I said "huge pot" in the recipe, I meant huge pot. We'll be eating on this for a while.
These Druid Circles from Trader Joe's are amazing. And I don't usually like oatmeal raisin cookies. But these are so soft. And some of the dried fruit is cranberries. Love. And I stopped at one.
Favorite eat of the day? Veggie soup at lunch. Hands down.
And today, I'm looking forward to noodle soup for lunch.
